At House of Moonlight, appointments are intentionally reserved for each client. Once an appointment is booked, time and resources may be allocated specifically to that experience.
Clients may cancel or request to reschedule an appointment by contacting House of Moonlight at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with appropriate notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit according to the service purchased.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
A late cancellation may result in forfeiture of the applicable appointment fee, deposit, or service credit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments may be charged in full and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of prepayment or refusal of future bookings.
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
If a client arrives late, the appointment may still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
House of Moonlight may determine whether a shortened appointment can still reasonably be provided.
House of Moonlight will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Availability is not guaranteed.
A client may be limited in the number of times an appointment can be rescheduled.
Refund eligibility depends upon the service purchased.
Because consulting appointments, customized services, preparation time, digital resources, and personalized materials may involve time or work that cannot be returned once provided, certain purchases may be non-refundable.
Unless a service specifically states otherwise:
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
If House of Moonlight must cancel an appointment, the client may be offered a rescheduled appointment, service credit, or refund of the affected appointment fee, as appropriate.
House of Moonlight understands that emergencies and extraordinary circumstances occur.
Exceptions may be considered at our discretion based upon the circumstances.
If you believe a billing, cancellation, or refund issue has occurred, please contact House of Moonlight promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Thank you for respecting the time, preparation, and personalized attention that goes into every House of Moonlight experience.
